How booking works

Payment structure: Token to hold the date, booking amount on confirmation, balance before the event.

• Shortlist — share your date, venue, audience and budget range; we suggest suitable artists.
• Availability check — we confirm the date and terms with the artist's official management.
• Quotation — you receive a written quotation covering the artist and the requirements around them.
• Contract and token — a written agreement with the artist's rider is signed and a token holds the date.
• Show-day coordination — our team manages arrival, sound check, green room and stage timing.

What affects an artist's fee

There is no fixed price list for celebrity performances. The final figure depends on a few clear factors, and we explain each one in the quotation:

• Artist tier and current demand
• Event date — weekends, wedding season and festival dates are in higher demand
• Performance duration and format (full concert, short set or appearance)
• Travel and stay for the artist and their team
• Production — sound, light, stage and backline required by the rider

Our booking range

We currently handle artist bookings starting from Rs. 5 Lakh and above. If your plan is below that range, we will tell you honestly at the start so you do not lose time.
