Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. What we sell

Shakti Event provides event management, production and artist-coordination services. We are an independent agency. We are not the official management, agent or exclusive representative of any artist, and we do not sell tickets or guarantee any artist's participation before written confirmation from that artist's own management.

2. Quotations and confirmation

Every engagement begins with a written quotation that lists the scope of work, our service fee and any third-party costs (artist fees, travel, production, venue, taxes). Figures shown anywhere on this website are indicative only. A booking is confirmed only after a signed work order or e-mail confirmation from both sides.

3. Payment terms

Standard terms are an advance against the signed work order and the balance before the event date, as stated in the quotation. Payments are collected only to the bank account named on our invoice. We never ask for payment to personal wallets or unverified accounts — if you receive such a request, contact us before paying.

4. Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel more than 30 days before the event date, our service fee is refunded after deducting costs already committed to third parties (artist advances, travel, venue and production bookings), supported by documentation.

Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before the event: refunds are limited to amounts we can recover from third-party vendors and artist management.

Cancellation within 7 days of the event, or after an artist's management has confirmed and blocked the date: advances are generally non-refundable, because those amounts are already committed.

If Shakti Event is unable to deliver a confirmed service, or an artist's management withdraws after confirmation and no mutually agreed replacement is arranged, the amount paid for that component is refunded in full.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source within 10 working days of written approval. We share a settlement statement showing every deduction.

6. Complaints and disputes

Write to shaktievent01@gmail.com or call +91 76930 77363 with your invoice number. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to close every complaint within 15 working days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
