Do you confirm artist fees upfront?

No. Fees are set by the relevant artist or management team. Once we receive current information, we share a written commercial proposal covering applicable artist fees, travel, hospitality and production requirements.

Which corporate events do you handle entertainment for?

Annual days, award nights, gala dinners, dealer and channel-partner meets, conferences, product launches, family days and offsite evenings.

Who handles sound, stage and lighting?

Production is coordinated through vetted local vendors and quoted separately in the same written proposal. Shakti Event does not claim ownership of production equipment.

How far in advance should we plan corporate entertainment?

Earlier is better, because artist calendars and venue production slots move quickly. Share your date, city and audience size and we will advise a workable timeline.

Sound requirements — PA, monitors, microphones and console needs for the act
Stage — size, height, access and set placement within the venue plan
Lighting and LED — basic stage wash, spots and screen content cues where applicable
Backline — instruments and amplification arranged where the act requires it
Soundcheck — a realistic slot in the day plan before guests enter
Technical rider — reviewed against what the venue and vendors can actually deliver
Show-flow coordination — cue sheet, slot timings and stage handovers on event day
