Planning around the family

Families often want a special moment — a song dedicated to the couple or parents joining the singer on stage. We share these ideas with the artist's team early so they can be included in the set if the artist agrees.

Mumbai wedding venues, from Juhu beach-side hotels to large banquets in Navi Mumbai and Thane, often have strict sound cut-off times. We plan the performance slot around them.

Destination and multi-day weddings

If your wedding is in Mumbai but some functions are elsewhere, we coordinate travel and stay for the artist's team between locations. Booking 3 to 6 months ahead is wise during the peak wedding season.

We currently handle artist bookings starting from Rs. 5 Lakh and above.

Sangeet rehearsals and family performances

Many sangeet nights mix family dances with a professional act. Plan the family performances first, then the artist's set, so guests are already warmed up. If a choreographer is involved, share their timeline with us so stage, sound and lighting can be shared smoothly between the family segment and the artist.

Let us know if elders will be seated close to the stage. The artist's team can adjust volume levels and set list for a comfortable experience.

One point of contact for the family

Weddings involve many decision-makers. We suggest naming one family member or planner as our main contact, so confirmations, timings and changes stay clear. We share a simple schedule for each function listing which artist performs when, so everyone knows what to expect.
