How an enquiry works
You send the event date, city, venue or venue options, guest count and the artist or category you have in mind. We review the brief, ask for anything missing and take it to the relevant management. You then hear back with the next steps, including any technical and hospitality requirements the management shares.
Sound, lights and stage, as well as travel and stay, are arranged by the organiser as specified by the management. Local permissions are confirmed by the organiser with the venue and authorities.
Describe your audience and setting
A good brief says who the audience is, which languages they enjoy and how they will be placed: seated at tables, in auditorium rows or standing near the stage. Mention whether the event is indoors or outdoors and the size of the space. These details help match the right artist and the right format.
Describe the slot too. A short appearance during a ceremony, a listening set after dinner and a full closing performance are very different requests, so say which one you are planning.

Planning ahead
Submit the enquiry as early as possible. Keep the artist's name off invitations and social media until confirmation arrives, and send an update if your date or venue changes.

Can we enquire for a city that does not have its own guide?
Yes. The enquiry form accepts any city in India. Enter the actual city and venue, and the request is reviewed in the same way.
Do we need a fixed date before enquiring?
A fixed date helps, but you can share a tentative date or a short range. Mark it as tentative so it is reviewed correctly.
Can we enquire for an artist listed on another city's page?
Yes. Artist pages and category pages are not limited to one city. Name the artist and give your own event details.
What if we are not sure which artist suits our event?
Name a category and describe the audience, language mix and mood you want. We can suggest artists from that category to include in the enquiry.
Can one enquiry cover events in more than one city?
Yes. List each city with its date and venue. Each event is reviewed separately with the relevant management.
How will we hear back after sending the enquiry?
We respond on the phone number or email you share. We may ask a few questions about the brief, then share the next steps from the relevant management.
