By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Our Services
Shakti Event provides the following services:
• Wildlife safari booking assistance (permits, guide/vehicle coordination)
• Resort / hotel booking assistance
• Tour & travel planning
• Corporate event planning and execution
• Celebrity management / artist coordination
We act as a service provider and booking facilitator and coordinate with third-party suppliers such as Forest Departments, resorts, transport vendors, and artist representatives.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
• Required details are provided
• Applicable advance or full payment is received
• Confirmation is issued by us or by the concerned supplier/authority
Important: Safari permits are subject to availability and Forest Department rules.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information including:
• Full name(s)
• Mobile number
• ID proof details (Aadhaar / Passport / Driving Licence, where applicable)
• Correct travel dates and preferences
You are responsible for:
• Carrying original ID at check-in or safari entry
• Following Forest Department and resort rules
Incorrect or incomplete details may lead to booking failure and applicable charges.
4. Safari Permits & Forest Department Rules
• Safari permits are governed entirely by Forest Department rules
• Permits once issued may be non-refundable or non-transferable
• Safari may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, safety issues, VIP movement, technical reasons, or government orders
Refund or rescheduling depends on Forest Department and supplier policies.
5. Pricing & Charges
Prices may include:
• Safari permits
• Vehicle/gypsy and guide
• Resort tariff
• Taxes and service charges (as communicated)
Prices may change due to supplier price updates, government fee changes, seasonal demand, or availability.
Final payable amount will be confirmed before booking.
6. Payments
We accept payments via approved modes including UPI, bank transfer, and payment links.
Bookings may not be confirmed until advance or full payment is received.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
A) Safari Booking
• Cancellation and refund as per Forest Department portal policy
• Service or convenience fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable
B) Resort / Hotel Booking
• Refund and cancellation as per resort or hotel policy
• Peak season bookings may be non-refundable
C) Tours & Packages
• Refund depends on supplier policy and booking stage
D) Corporate Events / Celebrity Engagements
• Advance payment is generally non-refundable
• Cancellation may incur charges based on vendor or artist contracts
Approved refunds generally take 7–14 working days.
8. No Guarantee of Wildlife Sightings
Wildlife sightings depend on natural animal movement and cannot be guaranteed.
No refund shall be provided for non-sighting of animals.
9. Health, Safety & Risk Acknowledgement
Wildlife tourism, travel, and outdoor activities involve inherent risks.
You agree to follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by guides and officials.
Shakti Event shall not be liable for:
• Injury, accident, or medical issues
• Loss or theft of belongings
• Delays due to weather, road conditions, strikes, or force majeure events
10. Third-Party Services & Liability
Services are coordinated through third-party vendors such as resorts, transport providers, Forest Department portals, and artist managers.
Shakti Event is not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties.
11. Celebrity Management Terms
Celebrity or artist bookings are subject to:
• Availability confirmation
• Contract signing and payment schedules
• Travel, hospitality, and security requirements
Final appearances depend on artist health, travel conditions, and force majeure circumstances.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, images, and branding belong to Shakti Event unless stated otherwise.
Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.
13. Communication Consent
By sharing your contact details, you consent to receive calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, or emails for booking coordination and service communication.
14. Privacy
Customer information and ID proofs are used strictly for booking and compliance purposes.
We do not sell or share personal information.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
16. Updates to Terms
Shakti Event reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
