Refund & Cancellation Policy – Shakti Event

Shakti Event provides booking assistance and coordination services for wildlife safaris, resorts/hotels, tours, corporate events, and celebrity management.
All cancellations and refunds are strictly subject to Forest Department rules and supplier/vendor policies.
1. Safari Booking
• Safari permits are governed by the official Forest Department portal rules
• Once issued, permits may be non-refundable and non-transferable
• If a safari is cancelled due to forest closure, weather conditions, technical issues, VIP movement, or government orders, refund or rescheduling will be processed only as per Forest Department policy
2. Resort / Hotel Booking
• Cancellation and refund depend entirely on the resort or hotel’s policy
• Peak season bookings may be non-refundable
• No-show may attract full cancellation charges
3. Tours / Packages
• Refund depends on the booking stage and supplier deductions (hotel, transport, permits, etc.)
• Any refundable amount (if eligible) will be processed only after supplier confirmation
4. Corporate Events & Celebrity Engagements
• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once planning or vendor booking has started
• Cancellation charges may apply as per vendor or artist contract terms
5. Service Charges
• Shakti Event service, handling, or convenience charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once booking processing has started
6. Refund Timeline
• Approved refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–14 working days
• Refund timelines depend on suppliers, banks, and payment gateway processing
